This is a limited time badge during the 300 piece avatar collection being raffled in the Otherside Nexus Gallery in Starfield Park. There are several pieces of art displayed all over the gallery. 3 of the billboards with the special avatars, on the left of the gallery, show the 4 stages of the life cycle of the Daniel Arsham Voyagers. There are 12 interactive pieces on the right side of the gallery as well. You need to be in close proximity to each piece.
